I am currently working at a Corporation for lasik right now. Exercises is not good for you. Girl also can not wear eyes shadow for about 3 wks. Since I am an staff member I got my lasik for free, my sight is still good and I work on computer more than 12 hrs a day. Have you make your appointment for consultation? I recommend that you do because not all pt is a candidate to get lasik and make sure you get a doctor with long term experience. It should be free of charge. Your eye sight will be so clear right on the next morning.
