The way it was …
The way it was explained to me is that after the surgery, you’re back at ground zero as far as eyesight goes. So it’s possible that your eyesight will get worse with age, but it would’ve done that without the surgery as well. It’s like getting a fresh start. Since my prescription has stayed the same for the past 10 years, it’s likely that I’ll see this well for quite a long time. If I suddenly need glasses at age 60, I’ll still consider LASIK a good investment.

I have the same thing ! 20/15 after the surgery. It’s scary but… for me it was worth it. !

i had lasik done. …
i had lasik done. it was a very scary experience when i was on the table. my friend was with me and was able to see the whole thing from a video monitor outside the room. after a few weeks of healing, i went from 20/200 vision to 20/15. awesome!

pdxsurreal, yeah, it has taken a few days for me to heal and all. My left eye feels better than my right eye, but my right eye is clearer than my left eye. All in all, I can see good, but I am just a little nervous. I mean, these are two very important organs, you know?
