Nick Caro has like 40+ lawsuits and the Dept of Regulation in both Chicago and Florida denied my valid complaints. See, at the top of the board, sits a Medical Doctor that will cover for a fellow corrupt doctor. Nick Caro is on borrowed time., Sooner or later he will have off the wrong mob patient. These complaints …
These complaints hold no value. There is never a 100% guarantee in any medical procedure. And surely you must have signed a contract agreeing to this before you got the surgery done. LASIK is a fairly new procedure that is only getting better. You should have thought this through more carefully before deciding to have your eyes fixed. Obviously you didn’t research the subject well enough to convince yourself it was not the solution to fix your vision.

Having Lasik was the Worst decision of my life! Doctors repeatedly lied to me. I have to be very careful not to over use my eyes. The pain puts me out of commission for several hours. I need Rx drops in my eyes twice daily, wear contacts, and reading glasses. The night glare is terrible, floaters are 4 times what they used to be. There is NOTHING, at this time, that can be done to correct this, but doctors continue to lie to me. They don’t care if they RUIN YOUR LIFE.

In my case, Nick Caro tried to sue me for $2 million to try to quiet me and make money off of his botched procedure…luckily, he wasn’t successful and is under a 10 year investigation thanks to me and I’m sure he will either be in jail or out of business and leaving his family embarrassed for life, because of his greed for money and lack of humane behavior…

i had lasik and it ruined my life. for every patient who sues, you know there are many others who don’t, either because they cant afford it, or because they have enough problems with their new vision and cant stand that kind of conflict in their lives, or because experts stick together and they cant find a doctor to testify. there is no way of knowing the number of real victims.

They can lift flaps even 13 years post-op and Robert Maloney said that no one has lived long enough for them to know if the flap EVER heals. That wasn’t in my informed consent form.

I hope that lasik technicians like Nick Caro, that sold their souls to the Devil are enjoying their heaven on Earth…They all know that if they informed honest consent to each and every patient telling the truths about the flap never healing, the problems under the flap, and severe dry eye which is incurrable, no one would ever get lasik…so they go ahead making $4,000 form idiots like me willing to pay greedy Devils to take a used razor and slice and dice my only set of eyes…
