SUE Your LASIK Doctor For Lying & Ruining Your Eyes!! Lying LASIK Quacks are stating that there is a 95.4% Success Rate when it’s more like 49.5%!!
My LASIK doctor lied to me so that I couldn’t sue him before the Statute of Limitations ran out which is usually 2 years from the date of the LASIK procedure!
The FDA should post a bounty for Nick Caro for ruining HUNDREDS/THOUSANDS of family lives!! Thinking of having Lasik Eye Surgery by Nicholas Caro of Saint George in Chicago? Think again!
Did the Lying Lasik Doctors WARN you that the FLAP NEVER HEALS…This is what happens to a doctor when things get out of control and his “illegal black box laser” is seized by US Marshalls hired by the FDA!! The Lying Lasik Doctors DO NOT want you to see this video!!
Lying Lasik Doctors are actually creating more “damaged lives” than serial killers and are getting paid $3,000 a pop to do so! You’ve been warned…Why are so many committing suicide? ANSWER: Because their vision looks like this:
www.LifeAfterLasik.com scroll down and educate yourself about all of the facts on LASIK, how the doctors lie to cover for each other, how they don’t care about their own patients, and how your eyes will never ever be the same…ever again, once you elect to have LASIK irreversible elective eye surgery performed by a bunch of clerks wearing “white jackets…”

You are correct. I …
You are correct. I did only minor research and entrusted LASIK doctors to tell me the truth, properly prequalify their patients, but instead they all lie about how every LASIK procedure leves one with permanently scarred corneas, severed corneal nerves, dry eye with no KNOWN cure, and 5 years later your eyes change anyway, but then you can’t go back into contact lenses. The future of LASIK is NO LASIK…

i must ask you, after all this supposed research you have put into blasting the Lasik industry, had you put the same attention to detail into your PRE-operative research, might you have saved yourself from your current issue?

How’s your NIGHT VISION doing? How is your DRY EYE SYNDROME? It’s only been a year or so? Wait until the 4th, 6th, 8th year Post LASIK, and then tell me you’re still doing fine. I hope you remain well, but unfortunately you now have a “Permanent FLAP” and have ruined a perfectly healthy eye cornea!!

You left out one …
You left out one very important thing…THE PUBLIC IS BEING DUPED AND BEING LIED TO BY BOTH THE FDA AND THE LYING LASIK QUACKS…They are lying to patients telling them LASIK has a 95.4% success rate, defining success FOR THE PATIENT, when if the patient was asked, it would be like 45.9%. Would you then risk having permanent eye damgages if the LASIK doctors told the truth? Answer: Of course not. This is why there are hundreds of patients complaining to the FDA and asking for a moratorium!!

It’s the fault of …
It’s the fault of both sides. Why can’t the patient just wear glasses or contacts? Is it really that difficult? The patient knows full well the risks of undergoing LASIK before the surgery. Duh. For the doctors, they should have proper training to perform the procedure. They shouldn’t even be doing LASIK until they have better procedures and equipment. All those LASIK patients know that people’s lives have been ruined by that, yet they choose to do it anyway. Their loss.

PM84280: Did you …
PM84280: Did you realize you have been DUPED like us into believing a FALSE statistical SUCCESS rate of 94.5%? They pulled this out of thin air…The real success rates are defined by the PATIENTS and their FAMILIES that these Lying LASIK Quacks are ruining…Every LASIK procedure is a failure because it creates a permanent flap, dry eye, night time disturbances and of course, NO KNOWN CURE!! Youtube: FDA LASIK. Goto: lasiknewssire, lasik-flap, lifeafterlasik, lasikdisaster and research!

Wow, some positive posts on this site!
Tip: All you have to do is do your own research and only entrust your eyesight to the very best.
I now have 20/20 and no after effects.
My life has changed dramatically for the better.
Noone should be able to sue anyone for surgery gone wrong because there are no excuses for not researching something which could ruin your life if you go to the wrong person, but has a 98% chance of dramatically enhancing it if you go into it with your ‘eyes open’.

You are so right…I wish I would have known this before I decided to pay a Lying LASIK Doctor Quack, Dr. Nicholas Caro out of Chicago, IL, to ruin my eyes permanently and then LIE to me ongoing about my vision being destroyed with NO KNOWN CURE!! We all can only hope that these Lying LASIK Dr’s have the same misfortune done to their families what they have done to hurt and destroy so many other families, all for greed and love of money!!

I watch the news every night waiting to see a Hurt LASIK Patient doing back to their Lying LASIK Doctor what their doctor and their staff did to them…Maybe it will be tonight’s news? Tomorrow’s? Maybe it will set off a “Snow ball effect” of hurt LASIK patients all over making the news? I have informed the FDA of this risk and epidemic and the FDA probably ignored it as they seem to ignore anything that isn’t considered a “payoff.” Which LASIK Doctor will make the news with this patient?

Bricearoo, they had LASIK back in the 80s, but it was only on a trial basis. 1997 was not the first year for LASIK. Even back in ‘94, I remember LASIK.

But, what if, a patient takes the LAW into their own hands, now ruined and suicidal feeling there is nothing to live for? Doesn’t this create an “x” factor for the Lying LASIK Doctors to think about? Does safety now come before money for once? Only time will tell. Basically, the Lying LASIK Doctors have lied in order to save a lawsuit, while pushing the patient past the Statute of Limitations to sue them which is about 2 years usually, all while ruining his patient’s eyesight and life.

jesus0junky, yeah, I know what you mean. I use to wear glasses and contacts before LASIK four days ago. I can’t tell you how awesome it is to sit here in front of my Macbook Pro and be able to see the screen just fine without nothing on my face. It’s amazing. But, for all you LASIK patients nightmare story tellers out there, don’t worry. By 2020, we’ll hsve bionic eyeballs.

mayhemlee, best to check on which lasers your doctor will use and research that laser. On the other hand, I’ve heard of people like myself with an awesome surgeon, an awesome laser and everything just lifetime warranty and all… and guess what? They fall into that 5% of failure rates. I have noticed something though. Most of those 5% usually have problems outside of LASIK, or they have had a high impact injury. A number of things. Maybe they didn’t put in their drops as directed, also.

yep, it’s pretty …
yep, it’s pretty bad. Someone talked me into having the surgery, and I was made to believe that it was just a simple laser deal. If I had known they would actually cut the cornea and create a flap, I would have never done it. I have ten years of college. I would have known better. But, no going back now. I am concerned about the future. But, at four days post-op, I can see crystal - better than I ever dreamed. Never going to do high impact activities after what I’ve read though.

anesthesia, I had it four days ago, and I can see crystal. Just a few drops. No biggie. If I can see like this after six months, I guess I was a good candidate, eh? I went to Lasik Plus Vision Centers. My doctor was a good one, too. Should I be okay statistically speaking? They use the best lasers. VISX.

LASIK may be more …
LASIK may be more advanced with software updates but it is still unpredictable. Creating a life long FLAP that NEVER heals is being sold like buying bubble gum. Idiot patients are trusting sales doctors, Lying LASIK doctors, to slash the eye with a flap causing permanent damages, accelerating the aging process of the eye, some are going blind, many are ruined for life and dumped out on the curb by the doctor they trusted, and left without no cure. Youtube: Lasik CRSQA. Good luck.
